You have to pull all the tissue from your finger tips to your sternum apart. Anything that bends can get sticky. So loaded stretches pull this apart. Really feel your tissue pulling apart. Stretches only work if you put some effort and intention into them. Then you need to reconnect your muscles. Wrists, forearms, biceps, triceps, pecs, and lats all matter.
