Communication is a huge part of my work with women.  Most of us either go doormat or aggressive, but how do you find your voice when your emotions are uber uncomfy? I have a 3-step method to how to communicate like a badass when we work together. With the goal being that you become a clear and honest communicator who can also read the room.  Communication is nuanced and even the best of us get slayed by it from time to time.
