Here’s the recipe: Ingredients: • 1 lb heirloom petite potatoes (washed and chopped) • 1 bag trimmed and cleaned green beans • 1 head roasted garlic (mashed) • 1 packet ranch seasoning (plus extra for garnish) • Olive oil • 5-6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled) • Butter • Water (for steaming) Instructions: 1. Prep the Potatoes – Toss chopped potatoes in olive oil and ranch seasoning. Set aside. 2. Cook the Bacon – In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Reserve the bacon grease. 3. Cook the Potatoes – Add the seasoned potatoes to the skillet with the bacon grease. Sauté until golden brown, then add a splash of water, cover, and steam for a few minutes until tender. Remove potatoes and drain excess grease. 4. Cook the Green Beans – Butter the skillet and add the trimmed green beans and roasted garlic. Sauté briefly, then add a splash of water, cover, and steam until bright green and tender (about 3-4 minutes). 5. Combine Everything – Remove the lid, add the crispy potatoes back to the skillet, and toss everything together. 6. Finish – Turn off the heat, sprinkle the crumbled bacon and an extra pinch of ranch seasoning on top, and serve hot!
