The interior in this ‘72 C10 is something special. In-house custom upholstered interior featuring a bolstered bench wrapped in Apex leather and Alcantara with monochrome gradient stripes throughout. Complete transformation down to the custom dash, door panels, sun visors and kick panels. Fresh carpet, new infotainment screen, and FFG touches like our signature C10 dome light and air ride controller hideaway mount are necessities. Extra proud of the interior work we did in this truck. This full build included an entirely custom interior with no detail unchecked. We utilized these two tones of beautiful leather from Apex to achieve a custom center console with shifter, dash pad, AC Valance, and arm rests. We also of course included our 1967-72 door panels, carpet, floor mats, and headliner. The custom designed Recaro seats provide both comfort and sporty style, continuing the two-tone leather theme throughout. The modernized dash features Dakota Digital gauges complemented by a Sparc steering wheel hand wrapped in leather by @SteeringWheelArt To round out the modern amenities, we installed a premium stereo system featuring Morel front components paired with Focal Utopia sub woofers and a five-channel amplifier. LS3 swapped 1971 Chevy C10 at Dino's a year ago, before her overhaul. This thing is such a bad truck, and looks slick no matter what. Sitting on a front and back half kit from Porterbuilt of course. Cool things are happening with the Mercury Crewcab 00 "King Mercules" is on its way to getting a new custom chassis from FFG and Porterbuilt. 3D scanning has taken place, and the R&D process is already under way to create a frame for a big ol' 1966 Crewcab like this one. This truck is super rare, with only a small handful ever making their way into the US from the Canadian market. At 67HP, this thing has about as much power as most modern lawn mowers. But this was actually decent for a small truck in the 60s. We got our hands on this thing a few years ago and recently found a customer for it — although he only agreed to buy it if we agreed to lower it here at the shop. So here we are.
