Second birth compared to first, is it true they go Faster??? On average, second births go faster than first births. This is because your body has already gone through the process of childbirth once and is more experienced in the process. Additionally, the pelvic bones may have widened slightly after the first birth, making it easier for the baby to pass through the birth canal. However, I gotta mention that not everyone follows this rule, so remember that every birth is unique and can vary in duration and difficulty. Steps to Prepare for Your Second Baby 👇🏼 Preparing for your second birth involves several important steps. It’s important to refresh your knowledge of the labor and delivery process and any pain management techniques you want to try. You may also want to consider taking a childbirth education class to prepare further. (We are having a huge special sale Sunday for Mother’s Day and again on May 26th-31st) Especially if you felt traumatized by your first birth, many of my students and members in my membership take Calm Labor Confident Birth because they found out the hard way that not being prepared with knowledge leads to a bad birth experience. And this time, they are not willing to take a chance. Additionally, it’s important to make any necessary arrangements for childcare for your first child during the birth and to discuss any concerns or preferences with your healthcare provider.
