Since 2012, I have started my staff meetings with prayer. 🙏🏾 As a marketplace leader one thing I refuse to do is disengage God in my business. As a pioneering visionary, I understand the source of vision, destiny and appointed time. That source is GOD. Gone are the days where you profess a love for a God that you have to keep a secret. I'm so blessed to be in a curated creative space governing an atmosphere of freedom. I am not religious and nor do I superimpose myself; however at the interview phase I always mention that I am an unashamed faith leader. There is way to conduct kingdom in open spaces. Sometime it's reserved. Sometimes it's not. Not when He does a thing this big!! Never had I had anyone walk out or not participate. Even the clients were like "Shoot pray for me!" This was a meeting of meetings as we delve into cultivating a culture of luxury. Since 2012, I have started my staff meetings with prayer. 🙏🏾 As a marketplace leader one thing I refuse to do is disengage God in my business. As a pioneering visionary, I understand the source of vision, destiny and appointed time. That source is GOD. Gone are the days where you profess a love for a God that you have to keep a secret. They were amazing, so coachable, getting into action and taking on their future. Major things at stake— they are parents who were totally burned out, stressed, and overwhelmed. They had a powerful WHY. They were devoted to their future and took inspired, aligned action. Alex and Dan took their expertise in healthcare, IT, and project management and cut out the middleman (aka their employer) to offer their services directly to companies as consultants and fractional workers. THIS turn of the tables is how they, like many of my clients, were able to exponentiate their income because they are no longer trading time for money. Even better— they are building something for themselves, for their family. No one will ever be able to pull the rug out from under them in a layoff. They have their sovereignty.
