Baked Feta Eggs A one-pot breakfast that’s warm, gooey, and bursting with flavour! Ingredients: * Small block of feta * 3 eggs * Salt & pepper to taste * Chili flakes Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. 2. In a small ovenproof dish, add the feta, a drizzle of olive oil, the eggs, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. 3. Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes. 4. Remove from the oven and mix the eggs with the feta. The eggs will continue to cook in the hot feta. Sprinkle with more chili flakes if you’d like and add some chopped veggies. Enjoy with your favourite bread, naan, or pita!
