Being vulnerable #Vulnerable #FindingMyPurpose #LearningToBePatient
My goals for the rest of 2025: 1. *Gain clarity on my purpose.* I know my purpose involves caring for others in some way, but I also recognize that what I’m currently doing isn’t the path I want to be on forever. The uncertainty of what comes next is anxiety-provoking. Do I stay on the safe path, or take a leap of faith toward something I truly desire? I’m still figuring out what that is, and while I’m trying to embrace the unknown and let things unfold, I’ve been conditioned to follow the step-by-step plan that society says leads to success. Right now, I’m stepping back to explore what truly excites me and makes me feel alive. I’m thankful for the people in my life supporting me through this process. 2. *Find a place to plant my roots.* I never thought I’d want to stop traveling, but now I find myself craving stability and routine — my body & mind are yearning for it. Living closer to family has become an essential thing to me. The support & sense of belonging that comes with being near loved ones is something I now deeply value. It’s a matter of finding a place to live that allows for career growth, my personal goals/interests to blossom, while being affordable & close enough to home. As we all know, affordability can be quite a barrier, especially as a single individual hoping to live on their own. 3. *Build deeper connections.* While I’m comfortable being on my own, I know I need more connection and a sense of community to thrive. I also know, I’ve got walls up that I need to start breaking down if I want to create those deeper bonds and allow myself to be truly seen. 4. *Find peace & contentment.* Ultimately, I’d like to have my anxiety under more control. I know the more I focus on these three goals — clarity on my purpose, stability in my roots, and deeper connections — the closer I’ll get to feeling at ease with myself and my life. #2025goals #late20s #almost30 #findingmypurpose #findingpeacewithin
