Yes, the food is pretty bland, but I knew that coming in. It's definitely an eye-opener to start measuring everything out on a scale and realize just how disciplined I need to be. This is going to be a challenge, but I thrive on pushing my limits. My goal is not just to transform myself, but to inspire other moms to push beyond what they think is possible. I want to show my kids that with determination and hard work, anything is achievable.
