if you had told me a few years ago that Iād be hereāhappy, healthy, and celebrating with my favorite cakeāIām not sure I wouldāve believed you. In honor of my 22nd birthday coming up next week, Iām reminded of how far Iāve truly come in my recovery and journey to truly loving myself š«¶š¼ There was a time when I truly thought Iād never break free. The cycle of restriction, guilt, and self-hate felt endless. Food was fear. My body was the enemy. And every day felt like a battle I was losing. But hereās what I want you to know: you can and will heal. Itās not easy. Itās messy, painful, and sometimes feels impossible. But if you keep pushingāeven when itās hard, even when it feels like nothingās changingāyouāll get there. Recovery isnāt linear. Some days youāll feel on top of the world, and others youāll feel like youāve taken ten steps back. But every time you choose to nourish your body, every time you choose kindness over criticism, every time you allow yourself to simply liveāyouāre breaking that cycle. Iām living proof that it does get better. That freedom, joy, and self-love are possible. You deserve to celebrate your life, your wins, and yes, your favorite cake too. šš If youāre struggling, please donāt give up. Keep showing up for yourself. Keep fighting. The life waiting for you on the other side of this is so much bigger and brighter than you can imagine. Iām always here, and if you need support, youāre never alone. š xoxo @celestefisherfitness
