At the start of my posture journey, I had a lot of people commenting on my videos saying flared ribs aren’t real and you can’t fix them but that’s simply not true. You can fix your posture for you to be in proper alignment! Proper alignment is when your ribs are stacked inline with your pelvis. A lot of people also think posture is genetic but this isn’t true either! While family members tend to have the same posture, this is due to sharing similar lifestyle patterns and habits! Fixing your posture is simple but not easy! Following a balanced mobility, corrective exercise, and strength training program will do wondersssss for your posture! It took me 1.5 years to get my posture the way it is but it’s still a work in progress🫶🏼
