Working from home can be tough, but here’s what helps me stay focused: I set a timer to work for 45 minutes to an hour, followed by a 15-minute break to clean or do something non-work related. It’s like a game, and it keeps me on track! I repeat this 3-4 times and get so much done. Life update: I went to the doctor this week because I got a rash from being allergic to my backyard grass (who knew?), and I found out I’ve gained weight. 🤦🏾♀️ Then I caught myself eating bread and popcorn in this video, and I was like, Sis, come on!
