Anyone else?? ๐ Iโm examining my addiction to seeking constant distracting stimuli when I really should be completely present with the process of nourishing myself. Itโs tough. Iโm kind of failing LOL as Iโm posting this as Iโm finishing breakfast ๐๐ซถ๐ผ But awareness is everything and my intentions are strong to change that this year.
