My PCOS journey is more than weight loss. I wanted to reclaim control of my life and feel empowered again so I could become the best dancer and performer I knew I could be. The hardest part of living with PCOS was feeling like I had lost myself. I didnāt recognize who I had become, and I felt completely unmotivated to pursue my dreams. Eventually, I had to make the difficult decision to stop living that way and take charge of my own reality. Itās been a long, challenging journey. When I committed to healing my PCOS, I wasnāt just committing to improving my healthāI was committing to transforming my entire life. I had to adopt a new mindset, take on a new identity, and put in the hard work for the things I love. I wonāt sugarcoat itāit was tough. There were months when I didnāt see any visible progress and didnāt quite feel like myself yet. But I stayed committed to the process, knowing this is a lifelong journey. Improving my health has brought so many unexpected blessingsāincluding something I literally never thought Iād celebrate: a regular period! Itās been a road full of ups and downs, but every step has been so worth it.
