2024: a FULL year of the gym saving me ❤️🩹🏋🏻♀️ The way I showed up at least ONCE a week all year long. Meaning, I only showed up once or twice IF I was sick or taking a few days off during miss flow, or if my daughter was sick. Since becoming a mom, this is the most consistent I’ve ever been. My journey started a few months before 2024 and they where honestly the worst months. (I didn’t share those pictures here) but I’ve shared them before. I feel like I have put some things on the back burner this year because of HOW MUCH the gym became a priority’s. This year I hope to integrate it more seamlessly, and give myself room for more goals.
