Today’s a big burger day, and there’s nothing wrong with that! I’ve been back on my Intermittent fasting kick, and the days where I’m doing one meal, we can get a little fancy as long as we still use quality ingredients! Smoked Smash burgers are super easy to make and recommend them for this! Just form the beef into 3-4 oz balls and pop them in the smoker for 20-30 mins at the lowest temp possible! The it’s time to head to the @recteq SmokeStone and cook these bad boys up! Now here’s what you need for the Tomatoes! Fried Green Tomatoes: • 1 cup Flour • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder • 1/2 tbsp onion powder • 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper • 2-3 eggs beaten • heirloom fried green tomatoes Just slice them into 1/4 in slices, dip them in seasoned flour, then in the egg wash, and back into the flour to coat! After that it’s time to fry at 375°F for 4-6 minutes! But it may take a little longer to get golden brown! For toppings, I used: • @Melinda’s Hot Sauce Spicy Garlic Parmesan sauce • Lettuce • Bacon • two Patties with cheese • julienned dill pickle and onion • pimento cheese on the top bun!
