Layer spaghetti and sauce to make FRIED SPAGHETTI 🍝🍝 Love, @tomatoeswithlemon Ingredients:  (3-4 servings) 1 tbsp olive oil for the sauce & ⅓ cup for the fried spaghetti 1 small onion, chopped   3 cloves garlic, minced   3 cups white or cremini mushrooms, chopped  1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning   ½ tsp garlic powder   ½ tsp onion powder   ½ tsp paprika   ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes  1 tsp brown sugar   2 tbsp tomato paste   12 oz spaghetti noodles fresh chopped parsley  salt to your taste   Instructions: 1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes soft and translucent. Next, stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. 2. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until they release their moisture. 3. Stir in the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, and brown sugar. 4. Mix in the tomato paste, stirring well to combine. Cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes (you can add some water to loosen the sauce if needed). 5. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 6. In a non-stick pot, heat ⅓ cup of olive oil. Layer the spaghetti and sauce, starting with the spaghetti on the bottom. Cover the pot with a lid and let it cook on low heat for about an hour until fried! 7.
