Have you guys tried the viral protein s’mores? IB: @Gracie Norton They taste just like s’mores but in ice cream and I added peanut butter, which really makes these next level! This version is gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan! Keep these in your freezer to enjoy anytime the sweet craving hits! I will be making these over and over again. Here’s how to make them: 1 container thawed coco whip 1 -2 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein powder (I used @kachava, my fav!) 1 cup chocolate chips, I used @hukitchen 1 tsp coconut oil 1/3 cup natural peanut butter 28 graham crackers (exact quantity will depend on what brand you use bc they vary in size - I used @kinnikinnickgf gluten-free grahams that I got at @wholefoods) Flaky salt, optional Line an 8x8 square dish with parchment paper. The clips help keep it in place. Add one layer of graham crackers. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave, for 2-3 30-second increments, until completely smooth. Pour 1/2 the chocolate on top of the graham crackers, spreading evenly, then place the tray in the freezer for 10 minutes. Next, mix the coco whip and protein powder until completely smooth. Bring the tray out of the freezer and spread the coco whip mixture on top, in an even layer. Then spread the peanut butter evenly on top, followed by the remaining melted chocolate, then add another layer of graham crackers on top, gently pressing them down. Pop the tray back into the freezer for at least one hour. Sprinkle with flaky salt, if using! Then cut a square and enjoy!
