Make your Game Day nachos in the air fryer, thank me later 🫡 Ingredients (for 4-6 servings): -1 cup vinegar -1 cup water -2 tbsp sugar -1/2 red onion, sliced -2 jalapeños, sliced -1 party size bag Doritos of choice (@doritos) -2 (8 ounce) bags shredded Mexican blend cheese -1 pound ground beef, cooked -1 can black beans, drained -1 can pinto beans, drained -1 jar salsa verde (I used @herdez) -1 large tomato, finely diced -1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped -1 avocado, diced Directions: -Make the pickled veggies: In a pot over medium heat, combine the vinegar, water, and sugar. Cook until the sugar dissolves. In a large sealable container, add in the sliced onion and jalapeños. Pour the vinegar mixture over to cover them completely, and then set aside to pickle. -Meanwhile, line the basket of an air fryer with parchment. Lay down a layer of Doritos, then a couple handfuls of Mexican shredded cheese, then some of the cooked ground beef, then a few spoonfuls of each of the beans, then a few spoonfuls of salsa verde. Repeat this process creating a few layers. -Turn the air fryer to 300F, then put the basket of nachos in. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and gooey. -Remove the nachos and top them with the chopped tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, and the pickled onions and jalapeño. Serve immediately and enjoy!
