The mental fuckery you go through after hearing "You have cancer" is a level I can't explain. Iykyk and I'm sorry you know. I've been surrounded by amazingly supportive people from the beginning and for that I am forever grateful. I truly don't know where I'd be without them, if you're one of them, even just dropping a supportive comment here - I truly do appreciate you and thank you with all of my heart. I'll never be able to repay the kindness I've been given, even though I'll try. But...even with all of that, my brain is not a good place. I'm scared as fuck, I won't even lie, I'm fucking terrified of what my future holds. I'm always optimistic and trying to be as positive as I can, but reality isn't all sunshine and roses. Cancer fucking sucks. I have a caringbridge site set up for those that want to follow along more in depth. Surgery is this Thursday 1/23...any and all well wishes are truly appreciated and needed.
