#ad Ending the year on a sweet (and protein-fueled) note thanks to @GHOST LIFESTYLE 👻 ⬇️THE RECIPE⬇️ Ingredients: • 1 cup oat flour • 1 scoop Caramel Pecan Protein Powder (or a vanilla/cinnamon protein) • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree • 1 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice • Pinch of salt • 1 egg • 3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice) • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional for sweetness) • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: 1. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. 2. Whisk wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, egg, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. 3. Combine: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the pancakes fluffy. 4. Cook: Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. 5.
