We had a wonderful evening at the unveiling of Winter Village Dine—a four-course dining experience on Four Seasons Baltimore’s 4th-floor rooftop terrace. ❄️✨ The heated, insulated cabins were both stunning and cozy, though I still recommend dressing warmly. We sipped Chandon USA and indulged in the prix fixe dinner, along with a few ✨add-ons✨. The menu will change monthly, and in February, they’ll feature a Valentine’s Day/Lady & the Tramp-inspired menu. 💕 Some of my favorite bites from the evening included: ✨ Shaved cured meats (Virginia ham) ✨ Foraged Mushrooms ✨ Rotisserie Lamb Shoulder ✨ Cedar Smoked Arctic Char ✨ Princess Cake While there were a few dishes I didn’t love, I truly thought this was an amazing experience overall.
