Just a few pics showing my Gray Grow Out Journey. It was a little difficult to find good pics because I have worn hair toppers for over 7 years and most of my pics were with me wearing a topper. But here are some showing my hair colors over the last 2 years. Itās been an up and down journey but overall I do feel like myself now. Do I look older? Probably but guess what? I am older. Iām 52 and Iām proud. The biggest surprise has been that your gray changes. At first it was coming in with only white hair. Over time Iām now getting a kind of salt and pepper, which I prefer. Going gray isnāt for everyone. Thatās ok. It doesnāt have to be. I didnāt go gray because I wanted to be this au-natural person. I went gray because hair color just didnāt look good on me anymore and the upkeep was constant. What you may not see in these pics is the brassy color I constantly battled with hair color. It was horrid. My gray feels good to me now. I still wear hair toppers when I go out and Iām going lighter and lighter with my toppers as well. Ultimately I will get a color of topper that matches my gray better but Iām still in a transition and waiting to see what becomes of my hair color. š„°
