New barehanded pull PR: 1010lbs. This is a real demonstaton of grip strength. Mixed and hook grip only show proficiency with a socially acceptable form of cheating grip requirements for a rotating barbell, CMV. Breaking in my new wagon wheels from @betitanfit. Chances are you've seen a pair of these in most strongman gyms you've been to for a good reason. They're the only reasonably priced wagon wheels on the market. Sure you can pull on blocks or a stack of plates, but that's not nearly as convinient or cool looking. Observe the differences in the ๐Ÿด๐Ÿ“ing progress. I try to get focused and zone into a happy, confident, calm space. I do not know what space @ericbugenhagenofficial goes to. I don't think anyone else would come back alive. I was super excited to have THE BUGEZ come over to my gym for what will hopefully not be the last time. This has been the dream 'collab' from the very beginning (right next to @jujimufu) and I am beyond stoked to be able to lift with one of the only online lifting personalities I really like and follow.
