Green Chili Chicken Soup🌶️🫘🧅 
This immune-boosting, gut-healing soup is a nourishing meal full of protein, fiber, and anti-inflammatory ingredients. Ingredients: - Celery - Green pepper - Sweet potato - Cannellini beans - Sweet onion - Organic bone broth - Organic chicken breast - Spinach - Green jalapeño - Cilantro - Salt + pepper - @sietefoods Taco seasoning packet’s ( this is optional, but makes it so delicious and easy to add in lots of flavor ) Recipe: 1. Prepare the ingredients: Dice the celery, pepper, sweet potato, onion, and jalapeño. 2. Cook the base: Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté onion until translucent. Add diced veggies and cook for 5 minutes. 3. Simmer: Pour in the bone broth and stir in the Siete taco seasoning. Add chicken breasts and simmer for 20 minutes. 4. Shred and combine: Remove chicken, shred with a fork, and return it to the pot. Add cannellini beans and spinach or greens of choice, then season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 more minutes. 5. Garnish and serve: Top with fresh cilantro and serve hot. Ingredients 1 cup organic brown rice 3 cups organic bone broth 2 celery stalks, chopped 2 carrots, peeled and chopped 1 small onion, chopped 2 pieces of kombu 2  tablespoon grass fed butter 1 cup coconut milk (gum free) 1 tsp ground turmeric 1 tsp ground curry powder Method Melt 1 tablespoon of  butter over low heat in a medium size sauce pan Add brown rice and stir to coat with melted butter Add 2 cups of bone broth and 2 pieces of kombu. Cook until rice is soft according to packaging. While rice cooks, chop onion, celery and carrot. Saute veggies in butter on a frying pan until soft and fragrant. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once rice is cooked, add cooked vegetables to the pot. Mix together. Turn off heat. Add remaining bone broth, coconut milk, turmeric and curry powder.
