The more I leaned into faith and committed to growing through books, podcasts, or simply learning from life, the more my life started to improve. Lol you can see how happy i am about day 6. But the important thing here is i maintained the habit. Even though I technically did not do yoga, I still showed up for the habit. And because my goal is to create the habit (so i can eventually enjoy the rewards of yoga) that’s what’s more important for me today. Especially as a AuDHD person, forcing myself to do something I don’t want to so is not going to help build that habit. It’s going to make it harder to maintain. So I like the angle of how much resistence does said work create in my body and how can we minimize that; like building physical stamina.
