Correct flange size. I realized I am in between sizes and got flange cushions to optimize my fit โ
Stuck to a pump schedule: pumping every 2-3 hours for about 20 min each time โ
Triple Feeding: I did this for 2 weeks to boost milk supply and โworkโ on nursing. This did help my milk supply come in with addition of the pump for full milk removal โ
