This weekend was one of the most unique festivals I’ve ever been to in North Carolina! (A D) 🧊 @visithaywood’s Ice Fest returned this year and expanded to 4 days to include events in the towns of Canton, Clyde, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley! 🧊 We enjoyed walking around downtown Waynesville on Friday night to look at ice sculptures and shop in downtown businesses. The ice displays were truly incredible! The main event took place on Saturday in Maggie Valley and was ticketed. $5 in advance, $8 at the gate, and kids under 12 free. There was everything from hands on ice sculpting, snow from @cataloocheeskiarea, ice games and a slide, local vendors and food trucks, ice sculpting demonstrations, and so much more!
