HEALTHY MEAL PREP IDEA. Approximate macros: the entire plate with toppings: 520 calories | 7.7 c | 30.1 f | 38.5 p !! Fiber- 22.2g đŸ„ł What you need: 1 can of adobe chipotles (I only used 3) Lime Garlic powder Onion powder Ground cumin Paprika Salt  1/4th cup of Greek yogurt (bring the spicy down) And I used a zero cal sweetener to make it mild đŸ€Ł Try the sauce and make sure you like it, add some honey or minced garlic if needed for taste! Then you need: Chicken thighs (a serving is 4 oz’s) Low carb street style tortillas (la banderita) Light sour cream Monterey cheese (33g)  Lettuce  Salsa Guac (I used a serving of the Sabra mini’s) Directions: Put the sauce ingredients together in a blender, blend it up and pour on chicken. Let marinade for an hour, 30 mins at least. Pre heat your air fryer to 380 for 17 mins.  Add chicken on Beck’s first then flip half way through.  Let sit for 5-10 mins, add chipotle sauce if you want but you don’t have too.  Assemble your tacos and enjoy! HEALTHY MEAL PREP In a calorie deficit! Approximate macros: the entire sandwich: 423 cals | 27.7 c | 22.5 f | 23.7 p (add more turkey to up protein) Regular macros from zupas: 580 cals | 46 c | 29f | 25 p  What you need: Ciabatta bread (Walmart has it)  Honey mustard (1 tbsp) I did the one from guy fieri Applegate oven roasted turkey breast  Muenster cheese (1 slice) Bacon 2 slices  20g of avocado  Tomato slices  That’s it! Put the sandwich together and air fry it for like 1-2 minutes to make it “toasted” and it comes out BRILLIANT!  Pair with a side salad from @yourtaylorfarms or chicken enchilada soup! Recipe below!!!   60g of protein and I was SO full, I was really happy it turned out so good!  I swear you make anything into pizza and it’s 10x better hahahaha.  Approximate macros for the whole bowl: 462 cals cals | 7.4 c | 20.9 f | 62.7 P ‌ Here’s what you need:  Ground meat 93% lean (mine was already made, I seasoned it with taco seasoning for another meal and it still went great with this). 4 oz serving  1 good culture low fat classic  17 turkey pepperoni slices  41g Part Skim Mozzarella Italian seasoning  Measure out your ground meat, add the cottage cheese MIX and flatten. Add Italian seasoning, cheese on top and pizza slices, cook in the microwave for about a minute and a half.  You could add pizza sauce too on the base but I didn’t.  Boom! That’s it.
