Greek goddess chicken and cauliflower bowl ππΈπΌπΏβ¨ Ingredients: -1 head of cauliflower -2 chicken breasts -Instant Quinoa and brown rice -Lemon -Ms.Dash southwest chipotle seasoning (salt free) -salt -pepper -onion powder -1 cup cottage cheese -fresh dill -green onion -avacado -oil (spray) Recipe: - season cauliflower with ms.dash seasoning, onion powder & oil -air fry cauliflower for 15 minutes at 390 degrees - season chicken breasts with Ms.dash chipotle seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper -air fry chicken for 20 minutes at 390 degrees (flip halfway through) -prepare quinoa and brown rice mix according to box or bag -assemble rice, cauliflower and chicken. Then pour goddess sauce on top. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh dill. Goddess sauce: - Blend together 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 stick green onion, juice of half of a lemon, 3 stocks of fresh dill, avacado, 1/3 cup of water
