Add turkey to a medium sized mixing bowl. 2. Finely chop shallot and parsley, and add to the bowl. 3. Add greek yogurt, dijon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and other seasons of choice. Mix to combine. 4. Divide the mixture into 4 (about 5 ounce) portions. Use your hands to flatten the patties, and then place a plate or baking sheet. 5. Heat olive oil in nonstick pan over medium heat, then add the burgers to the pan. Cook until a golden-brown crust forms on the bottom (about 6 mins). 6. Flip the burgers and top with a slice of cheese. Cook until burgers are cooked through and a thermometer inserted into the center of the patty reaches at least 160F. 7.
