HEALTHY PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH đŸȘ 2 tbsp natural peanut butter** 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt 1 tbsp honey Mix 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 1 tbsp of almond flour Top with chocolate chips Place in freezer for 10 mins Enjoy *you can use regular peanut butter- just heat it in the microwave for about 20 seconds so it’s melted After I had my 3rd baby it was so hard to lose the baby weight. I had 3 kids in 3.5 years, 3 c sections and 3 gestational diabetes pregnancies. Each pregnancy I gained over 50 lbs and it became harder and harder to lose the weight. It wasn’t until I focused on hitting my protein goals that I started to not crave food and was able to finally feel like myself again. #proteincookiedough #healthycookiedough #highproteinmeals #highproteinrecipes #proteintreats
REESE’S COOKIE DOUGH HEARTSđŸ€Ž These no bake chocolate covered hearts are a combo of my two favorite sweet treats: Reese’s cups and cookie doughđŸ€€ The inside is soft and chewy covered with a chocolate shell
I’m already planning on making a second batch because these didn’t last a day in my house. Recipe: Cookie dough: -1 1/2 cup oat flour -1 cup nut butter -4-5 tbsp honey or maple syrup -2 tbsp coconut oil, melted -1 tsp vanilla -dash of salt -handful of chocolate chips Chocolate shell: -1 chocolate bar (or 1 cup chocolate chips)+ 1 tsp coconut oil for melting How to: -to a bowl add all cookie dough ingredients and combine well until a dough forms -place dough on a sheet of parchment paper and cover with another piece of parchment paper -roll out dough (I used a glass) about 1 inch thick, don’t make it too thin -cut out heart shapes and line a baking sheet with leftover parchment paper -place hearts on baking sheet and freeze for 10-15min to set -while hearts on setting melt your chocolate -remove baking sheet from freezer and dip/coat hearts with melted chocolate -place back on baking sheet and freeze for at least one hour -take out of freezer and let thaw for a few minutes, enjoy right away and store leftovers in freezer Let me know if you try these!!đŸ„° #ValentinesDay #valentinesdayrecipe #easyhealthyrecipes #healthyrecipes #glutenfreerecipes #dairyfreerecipes #healthycookiedough
I keep seeing people on social media raving about dates with butter and it tasting like cookie dough. I had to finally try it for myself! While I think it’s truly delicious, it wasn’t quite giving cookie dough for me
BUT it inspired me to use dates to create a GUILT-FREE cookie dough bite, full of healthy ingredients. And wow, you must try these! Guilt-Free Cookie Dough Bites Recipe INGREDIENTS -7 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped - 1/2 cup oat flour - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  - 1/8 teaspoon almond extract (optional)  - 1/4 cup cashew butter - 2 teaspoons agave  - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt - Water (as needed)  - 70% chocolate (chopped) (can also use mini semi sweet chips) - 2 tablespoons for the dough and about 2oz for the coating - 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil for the chocolate shell  - Flake sea salt for garnish  STEPS 1. In a food processor blend the dates until they are a thick paste. Add in the oat flour and salt and pulse until blended (it will be dry).  2. Add in the vanilla extract, almond extract and cashew butter and agave and blend until combined and starts to resemble cookie dough. Add a splash of water and blend again. Add more water as needed until it’s a sticky cookie dough texture.  3. Use a spoon to stir in the chopped chocolate or mini chips. Use a tablespoon to form equal size balls and roll them in your hands to make them smooth.  4. Place the balls on a parchment lined tray and place them in the fridge or freezer while you prepare the chocolate shell. 5. In a microwavable bowl add 2 oz of the 70% chocolate and the coconut oil. Melt in the microwave until smooth.  6. Dip the dough balls in the melted chocolate using two forks and then carefully place them on a parchment lined tray. Sprinkle the tops with a pinch of flake sea salt. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until set. Enjoy!!  #datewithbutter #cookiedoughbites #healthycookiedough
