INGREDIENTS: -1 cup blended cottage cheese -1/2 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt -1/2 cup chopped dill pickles -1 TBSP or more of pickle juice  -1 TSP lemon juice -handful of chopped fresh dill -3 or 4 chopped chives  -sprinkle of ranch seasoning to taste (has salt in it) -pinch of salt and pepper to taste  -1/2 tsp garlic powder -1/2 tsp onion powder  -1/4 cup fried onions/fried Dilly’s (fried pickles) HOW TO: -combine cottage cheese and Greek yogurt dip -add in chopped pickles, chives, dill, pickle juice, seasonings, squeeze of lemon juice and combine - set in fridge for about an hour (or as long as possible)  -if too thick, add more pickle juice -top with fried onions, more chopped pickles and more fresh chopped dill  -enjoy with veggies and chips! #highprotein #highproteinsnacks #highproteindip #highproteinoniondip #picklerecipe #healthypickles #superbowlsunday #footballappetizers #gamedayappetizer

here’s the ingredients you’ll need for this cottage cheese protein pizza dip 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 - 1 cup cottage cheese - 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp italian seasoning  - 1 1/2 cup pizza sauce - pepperonis  - olive oil - fresh basil to whip it up 👉🏻👉🏻 preheat your oven to 350 F. add the cottage cheese, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, onion powder, garlic powder and italian seasoning to a food processor. pulse until you get a smooth consistency. spread the mixture on an oven-safe skillet, then layer on the pizza sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and pepperonis. drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 mins. remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil and serve with warm garlic bread 🍕🧀🌿 #superbowlparty #partyfoodideas #pizzadip #instagramcouples #highproteindip
You gotta try my BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP 🏈🔥 It's still cheesy, creamy and delicious, but made lighter and higher in protein! So dang good!!  HIGH PROTEIN BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP  ・2 cups shredded chicken, about 1 lb chicken ・⅔ cup medium or hot buffalo sauce ・1 cup Greek yogurt ranch dressing, I like Bolthouse Farms ・½ cup cottage cheese ・¼ teaspoon black pepper, plus more to taste ・¾ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded ・¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, dived ・Green onions, for topping ・Celery, carrots and/or tortilla chips, for serving 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish with cooking spray. I used an 8×8 baking dish.  2️⃣ Blend together cottage cheese and ranch dressing until smooth in a food processor or blender. (See my note about this.)  3️⃣ Combine chicken, buffalo sauce, blended cottage cheese mixture, pepper, mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl. 4️⃣ Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and top with remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese. 5️⃣ Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Broil for the last 1-2 minutes to brown up the cheese more, if desired. 6️⃣ Remove with oven, top with green onion and serve warm with celery, carrots and tortilla chips. *I didn't blend the CC & ranch and it turned out great, but if you don't enjoy the texture of the CC, I would recommend blending it. HIGH PROTEIN CARAMELIZED ONION DIP If you need a last minute dip idea for your Super Bowl Sunday, make this high protein caramelized onion dip. It’s super easy to prep and the flavor is beyond amazing. No one would ever know it’s made with cottage cheese, I promise!  High Protein Caramelized Onion Dip: 2 small sweet onions chopped 2 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil Salt + pepper to taste 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives 1 cup full fat cottage cheese 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2-3 Tbsp water Instructions for caramelized onions: 1. Chop your onions assuring they are all the same size to assure even cooking 2. Add oil to a pan on medium low heat and warm for 10-15 seconds 3. Add your diced onions with salt + pepper  4. Cook on medium low-low heat stirring throughout every few minutes, keeping an eye on them. If the onions start sticking to pan add a little bit of water to unstick. Cook until the onions turn a medium brown color. This took about 30-40 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Instructions for dip: 1. To a food processor add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, salt + pepper, garlic powder, and process until smooth and creamy 2. Fold in the chopped chives, cooled caramelized onions (save some for garnish on top), and mix 3.
