Homemade marshmallow I can’t stop eating🥹  [Gelatin mixture] -Combine 1/4 cup beef gelatin& 1/2 cup hot water [Maple syrup mixture] -Combine 1 cup maple syrup(honey is ok too), 1/2 cup water and 2 tsp vanilla essence. Bring to a boil and keep stirring for 8min -combine Gelatin mixture and syrup mixture. -whisk it for 8-10min until it gets fluffy. -transfer into a container and rest it in the fridge until hardens. ##marshmallow##homemademarshmallows##collagen##skinfood##glassskin##guthealth##hairhealth
Marshmallows:  -Add 1/2 cup warm water and 1/4 cup beef gelatin to a mixing bowl and set aside. -Boil 1 cup of honey and 1/2 cup water over med/low heat for 5-7 min. Stirring occasionally. Watch it as it can boil over easily.  -Take off heat and slowly add into mixing bowl with whisk attachment. *optional…add vanilla or any other flavor then beat until stiff peaks. This is a trust the process kinda thing. INGREDIENTS —1/4c water —1.5T unflavored gelatin (linked a few on my Amazon storefront under the KITCHEN list) —1c pure maple syrup or honey  — pinch of sea salt (optional) —1/2t pure vanilla extract  INSTRUCTIONS 1. Sprinkle gelatin over water in mixing bowl, let sit to bloom for five minutes. 2. Whisk honey/maple syrup and salt and saucepan over medium heat til it reaches 240F 3. Start mixer on low speed to begin mixing gelatin, slowly add honey mixture while also slowly increasing the mixer speed to high. Also add vanilla extract now if you choose to.  4. Mix on high for 8-10 min until it becomes fluffy with stiff peaks  5. Pour marshmallow into buttered/oiled baking dish and cover and sit out at room temp for 3-4 hours or overnight until it sets 6. Butter or oil, parchment paper, turn out marshmallow, and sliced to your desired size. Store room, temperature and airtight container. #homemademarshmallows #healthyrecipes #animalbasednutrition

Line a pan with parchment paper and spray with oil and powdered sugar. Mix 1/2 cup of warm water with 2 packets of gelatin. Allow to bloom for ten minutes. Meanwhile boil 1/2 cup of water with 1 cup of organic sugar til the temperature reached 240 degrees. Pour both mixtures into a stand mixer and add 1 tablespoon of vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Beat on low for two minutes and then love to high until white and the mixture has peaks. Scoop onto your pan and get water on your fingers to spread out the mixture. Dust with powdered sugar and let sit for three hours before cutting. Store in an airtight container for up to 2-3 weeks. #homemademarshmallows #hotchocolate
