Unboxing our Christian Light Education Kindergarten Curriculum!! It’s an exciting day for my middle daughter. She has been killing it with our horizons pre K curriculum, so we are adding in the level 1 kinder program with Christian light 🥰 This will prepare her to move into the learning to read program which is where we started with my oldest daughter. I’m interested to see how the extra activity workbooks work with the light units. That’s a new one for us!! And yes, we will continue Horizons pre-k alongside this. She’s able to finish her pre-k work in 20 min, and she has been asking for more work afterwards 😅 #homeschool #kindergarten #christianlighteducation #horizons

Homeschooling my 4-year-old with Horizons Preschool Curriculum by @AOP Christian Learning has been so much fun! 🌟 I’ve seen so much growth in such a short amount of time—it’s honestly amazing. Comparing Christian Light Education math to Horizons math — Both are great options for homeschool curriculums but it really depends on the type of learner you have. Horizons is colorful, short, and sweet. Christian light is comprehensive and in-depth. Both teach the same concepts and both are spiral curriculums. Christian light provides quizzes leading up to the test, whereas Horizons does a lot of practice lessons and then a unit test. Horizons is 2 workbooks and Christian light is split into 10 workbooks.
