❌ WHY you should stop doing rows like this! 👇🏼 😩 Doing your seated row like this where the handle is coming towards your chest, elbows pointing out, and that can cause injuries to your elbows and shoulders. 🤓 Here is a quick how-to Seated Cable Row with a V Bar: Feet flat on the foot-rest, slight bend in the knees for stability, arms tucked in to the sides, squeeze the shoulder blades in, chest up to initiate the movement. Bring the bar towards your belly, elbows past the ribcage, really feel that tension, then slowly extend your arms fully to get that full range of motion.
