If you tried press ons and they didn’t work I can almost guarantee it’s one (or all) of these three reasons why ⬇️ 1. Innadequate nail prep (rubbing alcohol is not “nail prep”) you need a STRONG nail dehydrator or 100% acetone 2. Poor glue application technique. It is more about HOW you are applying the glue than the actual glue itself. Most people don’t use enough glue, they press too hard and they don’t hold in place long enough. 3. You used low quality press ons. Not all press ons are created equal! If your press ons are bending/breaking easily or snagging your hair - you need better quality press ons! It drives me crazy when people say “i dont have time to do my own nails” but they go spend 1-2hrs at the nail salon??? There are 3 key components to press ons that actually last (and you won’t find these on the back of the box) 1. Proper nail prep (rubbing alcohol alone is NOT nail prep) 2. Correct glue application TECHNIQUE (it’s a lot more about HOW you’re applying the glue than the actual glue itself) 3. SO many things are at play to get your press on nails to last long. I’ve been getting this question a lot…why aren’t my nails sticking to the sticker tab? Sizing and prep is just as important with the tabs as it is with the glue.
