My therapist years ago told me to cut ties- especially when they refused to join me in therapy- will never be accountable for their actions/ behaviors- regardless how small- it’s a constant cycle and I am finally free of it!! They have their minds made up on me and I honestly don’t need that toxicity in my life any longer.
