Funny how when I was in beauty school and my first year of doing hair, the idea of talking to strangers all day made me nauseous. Shooting the sh*t with my clients is one of my favorite parts of my job now. Everyone has a story to tell, a funny outlook, a hot take. I also appreciate the moments of silence now, letting us both zone out for a bit.
