Ingredients For the Rosemary Ginger Syrup: 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup fresh rosemary sprigs 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced thinly For the Mocktail: 2 oz rosemary ginger syrup 3 oz pear juice 1 oz fresh lemon juice 3 oz sparkling water Ice Garnish Dried orange wheel Fresh rosemary sprig For the syrup, combine water and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Add in the rosemary and ginger and simmer for 5-7 minutes to infuse the flavors. Remove from heat and let it steep for an additional 15 minutes. Strain and store in the fridge.
