Too many clients struggle unnecessarily with this machine & even end up avoiding it all together due to improper set up & dismount as well as embarrassment from being unsure how to set up & get off without injuring themselves or getting stuck.  Watch how at the beginning I lift my butt off the seat just a bit & SLOWLY spread out as to not pull my inner thighs too fast.  Then at the end, I lift off the seat even more, close it up & get off of it with ease.
