This occured last week, Monday morning, on international Holocaust remembrance day, of all days! It hits different because I am an activist, and I've been doing this work for most of my life, and when you do the work to respond to and combat Antisemitism for many years --- and your own mezuzah for your apartment is vandalized, smashed to pieces -- it's both a professional and personal violation. Yes I made a police report, reported it to the ADL I don't usually post content like this, but it went up on IG, I was encouraged to keep it up, so I'll also share it here. No this isn't the first time antisemitism has landed literally on my front door, but the timing of it all and everything that I had to do that morning makes it even more infuriating. In other news---I have a few new stunning Mezuzot-- getting the other klaf today to put up--- no I'm not hiding my Jewishness. Someone destroys my mezuzah? Fine.
