how rude of our own fuckin brains to tell us we suck, as if we needed even more to worry about on top of surviving late-stage capitalism, attempting a social life, living through more and more major events each day, and just hoping we're not going to get hate-crimed riding the subway. While I don't have answers to everything keeping us up at night, I do know a lot about working through job-related imposter syndrome, especially as a queer AuDHDer Here's my advice: Talk to someone like a coach, counselor, or therapist, and/or take a minute (or a few) and reflect on whether these doubts are real or just old fears. While this might not completely erase your imposter syndrome immediately (if only problems could be solved so quickly), over time, it will make coping and ignoring those thoughts easier.
