Meal prepping for the week in collaboration with @Whole Foods Market this is something that I used to do a lot of, so this year I’m getting back into it. Whole Foods Market makes eating balanced, protein-focused meals so easy because of their quality standards and takes the mental load off deciding what’s for dinner after spending all day in the kitchen for work. I try to have 3 different protein options (this week I did sustainable wild caught salmon, shredded chicken, and picadillo using 365 by Whole Foods Market 85/15 lean ground beef), some roasted veg, a grain (I did quinoa, as it is one of the few plant-based complete proteins), a kale and pumpkin seed salad, some fresh fruit (green kiwis, organic blueberries, bananas and oranges), avocados, and then some chocolate-covered oranges for a sweet <3 Link in my bio for more meal tips and inspo!
