I thought about doing something special tomorrow transition post where you all could see my glorious weight fluctuations over the past two plus years, but I’m not honestly ready for that right now. I’ve looked at my previous photos and I’m really pretty upset with myself. I know there were other factors this time, but the majority of my weight gain occurred before I got really sick. Now, I don’t want it to happen again and I just want to feel better. Not to mention all the clothes gathering dust right now because I’m too fluffy to wear them! I’ll do a transition at some point. Tomorrow makes 800 days of tracking everything. I’ve hit 100lbs. Lost during that time, gained 70 back, lost that 70, gained 70 back again, and am currently working on trying to lose it again after getting an infection and almost meeting my maker a little over a month ago. Just want to snap my fingers and be where I was weight wise a year and a half ago. But, I did this to myself, so now I need to fix it. Only about a month in and I feel so much better. Upping fluids this week has been entertaining as I can’t just use the bathroom whenever I need to. Plan is to keep working on new small goals each week until I’m back to healthy habits all around. Slowly adding more activity and decreasing my caffeine intake. Not sure if I’m going to fully give it up or not until I’m able to use exercise to balance myself out.
