My mornings are the most important part of my day! First and foremost, I am grateful and thankful to see another day and I don't take that for granted ! Secondly, I'm extremely intentional about how I want my day to go, so I get focused! I immediately set the vibe in all aspects of my home in every room and all environments. I light a candle. I put on some great music and set the tone. Once I make a cup of coffee, I sit down and I activate my mindfulness app on my Apple Watch, it allows me to breathe focus and concentrate without any distractions! Once I take a moment to gather myself, hydrate, take my supplements and drink my coffee, I am ready to tackle the day! I am intentional on purpose and unapologetic, and the more that you do this for yourself the more you will not consume yourself with what other people are thinking of you and their opinions!
