Sq*irting is the release of fluid from the urethra in response to š„µ stimulation. The amount of fluid released and the sensation can vary from person to person. It can bring intense ple*sure, sometimes during an O, but not always. The fluid released during may contain some urine, but it is not entirely composed of urine. So, does it feel the same as peeing? The buildup to sq*irting can feel similar to needing to pee, but the actual release of fluids feels much different. Sq*irting is often described as an intense eruption or burst of fluid. Peeing is usually more controlled (Kassel, 2025). Plus, sq*irting fluid is mostly clear and ordorless, whereas pee has a stronger odor and yellowish color. Hereās what you can do to feel more confident and less inhibited:Ā š½Pee beforehand. This may affect the amount of urine in the sq*irting fluid.Ā š„¤Stay hydrated. Urine is mostly water and can be clear and almost odorless if youāre well-hydrated. šUse a waterproof blanket or towel to make the experience less stressful. ā¤ļøāš„Explore by yourself and learn how your body reacts to different sensations to help differentiate the two. š»If you really have to pee during and itās distracting you from being in the moment, pause to use the bathroom. š·Talk to your partner about your concerns.
