Day 17 of duty... Woke up to snow this morning, always pretty at the start.❄️ Another slow day, really slow!!! Hopefully, we will be released early. This Christmas season is not the ideal, but I am here... It's cold out with a bit of snow... I'm just playing with my cute, sequined Orolay jacket that I ordered off of Amazon. It's really warm but not enough coverage for today's weather.😆 Sooooo It's only for play inside today.😉 I don't know if ya'll remember the Orolay jacket that went viral about 5 years ago. I was working at a boutique on the Upper Westide, and it seemed that every 3rd woman who walked past our window was wearing one.😆 I still see women wearing it! Day 19 of duty... my hats are my super power! 🤗 Very slow week, I think it's my last day!🙏🏽 No more restroom shenanigans. 😁 When I was young I would fantasize of morphing into Bruce Lee, giving the name callers something to think about when I was referred to as "chink" "jap" "gook" or "Chinaman" and there were some that would call me Bruce Lee all the while stetching their eyes taut!😩😆😆😆 Oh, the memories just make interesting chapters in my life.😁 I am grateful that I am #here, I embrace the good, the bad, and everything in between, which makes me who I am today. Day 18 of duty... Was bored AF this morning! 😆 There was not much going on at all, so we were released at 12:30 pm. 🥰 Canal Street was really crowded. The faux designer bag hustlers were in full effect! Christmas 2024 is over, whew! Mine was very quiet, nothing really "merry," but my soul is ok! I am grateful to still be here with all of you! 🙏🏽 It's not as cold today, and walking on the sunny side of the street felt good.
