#LaLoTequila: Vibrant, fun, and often humorous content featuring tequila. Think creative cocktails, hilarious challenges, party vibes, travel adventures, and maybe even a few embarrassing moments.

I’ve said it before, but there is no such thing as a “Skinny Margarita.” There are simply quality, well-made Margaritas… and then there are the ones you get at chain restaurants or on most cruise ships. A good Marg is fairly straightforward: 2 parts tequila (a good one obviously, LALO is my preference here), 1 part fresh lime juice and 1 part orange liqueur. Cheers to LOVE. 2oz Hibiscus Ginger LALO Tequila .75oz Tarragon Syrup .75oz Fresh Lime Juice Hibiscus Ginger Tequila 1. 1 bottle of LALO Tequila 2. 1 cup of dried hibiscus petals 3. 300 grams of ginger washed, peeled and chopped 4. Sous vide for 3 hours at 125 degrees F 5. Strain your mixture back into the bottle Tarragon Syrup 1. 30 grams of tarragon 2. 450 grams of hot water 3. Allow to steep for 20 minutes 4. Here’s a classy Valentine’s Day cocktail that is a bit different from the usual raspberry / strawberry drinks usually suggested this time of year 🌺 Being one of my top favorite tequilas, I wanted to highlight Lalo Tequila as the base spirit. It’s a pure and true expression of what good tequila is and should be, so I didn’t want to over-complicate things. However, it’s also Valentine’s Day– you should be putting in some effort to show someone you care about them, and maybe that’s making a fancy drink. So you might as well make a delicious cocktail that stands out. R E D L I G H T R E M E D Y – 2 oz LALO Tequila Blanco 1 oz Supasawa (or fresh lime juice ¾ oz Orgeat ½ oz Premium Triple Sec A few dashes of Tiki Bitters Hibiscus powder & diluted simple syrup Add diluted simple syrup to a spray bottle, and lightly coat one side of a coupe glass, then dust with dehydrated hibiscus powder.
