These meals are healthy, balanced, and so tasty! 😍 1️⃣ A balanced breakfast 2 pasture raised organic eggs 3 Amylu sausages  1 piece of sourdough toast 1 oz avocado  Everything but bagel seasoning on the toast  2️⃣ Taco bowl  5 oz ground beef (96/4%) 4 oz Jasmine rice  1 oz avocado 2 tbsp pico de gallo  1-2 tbsp onions  Cilantro  3️⃣ Mediterranean Bowl 5 oz chicken 4 oz Jasmine rice  2 tbsp hummus  1 tbsp olives 1-2 tbsp onions  1-2 tbsp bell peppers 4️⃣ Protein Oats 1 pack oatmeal 1/2 scoop @Legion Supplements cinnamon cereal vegan protein (code DJFIT for $$$ off)  1 cup Fruit (kiwis, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries) whatever you’re feeling 1 tbsp Raw honey 1 tbsp organic peanut butter  Cinnamon 5️⃣ Steak Dinner  5 oz steak  4 oz Jasmine rice  1 tbsp raw butter 1 cup broccoli  As you can tell - I love jasmine rice LOL and I keep meals pretty simple with a mix of ✨fun✨  At the end of the day to lose lbs - you do need to be in a calorie deficit (no this does not mean 1,200 calories)  Fuel your body and stay consistent. Fueling my body, lowering inflammation, and prioritizing my gut health has completely changed my face. Disclaimer - I did lose weight between these two videos (and I learned how to put my eyelashes on lmaooo😂) But if you could just know how I FEEL - wow.  Under eating led me to falling off with my nutrition every weekend. I was consistent for a bit but then it always turned into an endless cycle of having to start over every Monday.  Here’s the truth: ✨ fueling your body and being consistent is what gets you results.  ➡️ Add 250-300 calories a day to your food of whole foods stay consistent to that for 2-3 weeks and tell me how you look and feel.  I bet you’ll look and feel better than you ever have by just simply moving your food up and staying more consistent!  Next - I would fill my macros with a lot of processed quick easy foods - which led to high inflammation / feeling and looking puffy.  ✨ want to feel tight/lean? The food you put in your body matters! I do believe in balance, but prioritizing whole foods is key!  Stop looking at food as one extra thing to do - start prioritizing it and looking at it as a way to fuel your body, heal your relationship with food, and learn more about nutrition!  My biggest tip? If you have been dieting intentionally for most of your life or unintentionally under eating (if you think coffee is breakfast☕️🙃) your metabolism has most likely down regulated.  No its not broken - but it will meet you where you’re at making fat loss so much harder. 5 things I’ve done to lose 20lbs and keep it off for years… 🤍 I worked through my relationship with alcohol - I had to break the habit of drinking multiple days on the weekend. (This helped me lose lbs and lower a lot of inflammation in my body and face) 🤍 A walk a day (move your body more) it’s that simple. We are not meant to sit all day. Outside, on a treadmill - get your steps in!  🤍 Ate MORE food consistently. Hear me out - when you’re eating 1,200 calories and falling off all the time you’re not going see results. Up your calories and find consistency with your food. 🤍 I train with purpose. My weight lifting is intentional - I push myself and challenge myself with the weights I use.  🤍 I stopped hitting my macros with whatever food I could fit in. I choose to eat 90% whole foods everyday (I do believe in balance and I am a huge foodie - you CAN fit “fun” foods in) but focusing on more clean foods helped me feel less “puffy”.  #leanout #lean #transform #transformation #weightloss #inflammation #weightlossjourney

Make sure you’re checking ingredient labels 👀  I do believe in balance - you can have things in moderation. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about being aware!
